• Acquisition Integration – Performed audit of HR processes, systems, benefits, 401k, legal compliance, and recruitment plan. Deliverables: Healthcare strategy and plan for acquired company, implemented system to computerize time and attendance, delivered 401k program, and a unified recruiting process.
• Managed transformation of HR policy, systems, total rewards, benefits, compliance, and recruitment strategy. Implemented universal cloud-based payroll and time & attendance system for all US locations.
• Partner with senior leaders to plan and drive change, enhance organizational effectiveness, identify areas for improvement and implement related strategies.
Assignment: Healthcare Provider with over 60 offices, 250+ providers and 1,000 employees
• Led HR work stream for merger and acquisition of 20 physician practices (200+ people) over 12 months. Developed an onboarding program to aid in new employee acclimation, manager training, and benefits introduction. Successfully integrated people into the corporate structure allowing no loss in service delivery.
