• Collaborated with HR partners from Organizational Effectiveness COE, Talent Acquisition COE, Total Rewards & Benefits COE, and Diversity & Inclusion.

• Improved the talent acquisition and management processes by defining roles and responsibilities for business units. Created Succession Plans and Paths to ensure sustainability, progression, and legal compliance.
