• Spearheaded Talent Acquisition project resulting in an efficient recruiting, selection, assessment, and on-boarding process to improve productivity, acclimation and retention. Reduced time to fill from 120+ days to less than 60 days and reduction of 1st year turnover from 30% to 18%.

• Developed change management strategy based on competency model emphasizing a ‘culture of caring and compassion’ for patients. Analyzed, designed, implemented, training, and communication monitor.
