Assignment: Media Technology Company with 200+ associates in the USA.

• Deliver tactical and strategic projects related to Employee Engagement, Compliance, Leadership Coaching, Conflict Resolution, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Benefits Administration, and Immigration.

• Lead HR team to ensure timely response to assigned business groups. Focus on technical staff issues.

• Consult on all key related HR disciplines including employee relations, recruitment, benefits, compliance, policy, and performance management. Improving competitive positioning in the market.

• Uncovered Benefits debacle costing the firm over $100k.  Resolve and obtain previously lost funds.
